Simeon Spencer focuses on European employment matters for international clients. His work covers all areas of employment law including advising on the employment aspects of M&A, IPO deals and outsourcing. He has developed a focus on collective and individual redundancies and reorganisations, particularly multi-jurisdictional matters across Europe, and advises on European collective employment and trade union law. Simeon is also known for his complex employment litigation experience and his expertise in the technology sector.

Prior to joining Field Fisher Waterhouse, Simeon worked from the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw and before this he was partner at Morgan Lewis where he headed up the firm’s European employment practice.
