Christopher Thomas has experience of contentious employment law work for a variety of both public and private sector employers. He has a varied caseload which predominantly includes defending claims of disability, race, age and sex discrimination and unfair dismissal. Additionally he has experience of bringing claims in the Employment Tribunal for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal.
Christopher also has experience of providing clients with advice on non-contentious matters including restrictive covenants, compromise agreements, redundancy procedures and the terms of contracts of employment.
Christopher focuses on the public sector and financial institutions sectors.
Christopher has co-written case-summaries on national and European procurement law cases for Supply Management and co-written an article about scandals concerning premium-rate-services for Entertainment Law Review.
