Charlotte qualified in New Zealand in 2003 and joined the Employment and Pensions Group in November 2007.

Charlotte advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Her contentious experience includes defending claims relating to unfair dismissal, redundancy and all forms of discrimination. She advises clients on workplace policies, data protection, the conduct of disciplinary and grievance procedures, and the termination of employment. Charlotte also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Charlotte has presented seminars and workshops as part of the Employment and Pensions Group training programme.
