Olivia has experience of contentious and non contentious employment work for both public and private sector employers. She has a varied caseload which includes defending claims of disability, race, age and sex discrimination and unfair dismissal.
Olivia has experience in providing advice to clients on a range of non-contentious issues including reasonable adjustments, restrictive covenants, collective redundancy procedures, handbooks and policies and maternity rights.
Olivia also has experience in drafting an equality impact assessment toolkit and assisting with preparations for an equality impact assessment.
